I lost 96lbs over seven years. Not through a crash diet, not by cutting out food groups, and not by following a rigid plan that left no room for real life. I did it slowly, sustainably, and by learning to actually understand myself – my habits, my triggers, my relationship with food, and the way my mind works when things get hard. And I promise you, the long game is the only game worth playing!


I truly know how it feels to want to change and have no idea where to start, and I know how it feels to try everything and wonder why nothing sticks. I also know what it feels like to finally find something that does, and that feeling is exactly why I created The Hope-Wells Programme. I want every person I work with to experience it too.


When I’m not coaching, I work as an executive assistant at a law firm in London, so I understand what it means to be busy, time-poor, and still trying to show up for yourself.


I live in Wimbledon with my husband and our little Maltese dog. Life with the two of them is the best reminder that balance isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being present.
