How It Works

The Hope-Wells Programme is six weeks of bespoke, one-to-one coaching built entirely around you.

Before we begin, you’ll complete client and movement questionnaires covering your lifestyle, your relationship with food, your movement habits, and your goals, so that from day one, everything fits your life, not a generic template.

Once I get to know you, I’ll prepare your fully personalised suite of materials covering food, movement, mindfulness, and more. This is your go-to guide for the programme and everything that comes after. We’ll check in regularly to talk through how you’re feeling, what’s working, and where you might need a little more support.

By the end, you’ll have the tools, the habits, and the mindset to keep going, plus everything you need to come back to whenever life gets in the way.
