How It Works

The Hope-Wells Programme is bespoke, one-to-one coaching. It works because it fits around your life, not the other way around.

Before we begin, you’ll complete client and movement questionnaires covering your lifestyle, relationship with food, movement habits and goals, so that everything we do together fits into your life perfectly.

Once I get to know you, I’ll prepare your fully personalised suite of materials covering food, movement, mindfulness, and more. This is your go-to guide for the programme and everything that comes after. We’ll check in regularly to talk through how you’re feeling, what’s working, and where you may need a little more support.

By the end, you’ll have the tools, the habits, and the mindset to keep going long after we’re done.
